Grafenia Says Trading In First Quarter In Line With Expectations

27th Jul 2018 11:25

LONDON (Alliance News) - Grafenia PLC said Friday its first-quarter trading has been in line with expectations.

The graphic arts company said the pricing environment for litho prints remains challenging but its trading in the three months ended June has met internal budgets.

Grafenia has expanded its Nettl - a web design business - network both in the UK and abroad. The company now has over 200 Nettl stores across the world, with 165 in the UK & Ireland.

The company said its printed business cards remains one of its top revenue items. From August, Grafenia said it will be switching all laminated products to a new bio-degradable film.

The new bio-degradable will be used for business cards, folders, booklets, flyer and menus. They are intended to break down after 2 to 12 months after being discarded.

Shares in Grafenia went untraded Friday at 12.54 pence each.
