LONDON (Alliance News) - Legal and professional services business Gordon Dadds Group PLC was suspended from trading on the AIM market Thursday as it confirmed merger talks with Ince & Co International LLP.

Gordon Dadds emphasised there was "no certainty" the merger would proceed.
Shortly after, the London Stock Exchange announced that shares in Gordon Dadds had been suspended temporarily "pending an announcement." Shares in Gordon Dadds were 6.0% higher at 182.91 pence on Thursday prior to the suspension being introduced.
