(Allliance News) - Goldstone Resources Ltd on Friday said Non-Executive Director Richard Lloyd has resigned and will receive GP5,750 worth of shares to settle fees.
Shares in Goldstone were up 2.7% at 1.72 pence in London in morning trade.
Lloyd has departed to "focus on his other business ventures", and the exploration company is seeking to hire a replacement independent non-executive director "with experience applicable to the direction of the company".
To settle accrued and deferred directors' fees, Goldstone will issue 342,262 shares to Lloyd, equivalent to the GBP5,750 owed to him.
