LONDON (Alliance News) - Golden Saint Resources Ltd said Thursday that Nick Burn, the company's CEO and Chief Geologist, submitted his resignation yesterday.
The company said it intends to appoint an appropriate replacement CEO in due course, however in the interim, the CEO responsibilities will be taken over by Executive Chairman, Cyril D'Silva.
D'Silva will be supported by Ernest Benjamin Sao Gbappi on the ground, Golden Saint's newly appointed Chief Resident Geologist in Sierra Leone, said the company.
Shares in Golden Saint Resources last traded at 10.5 pence per share.
