LONDON (Alliance News) - Golden Saint Resources Ltd on Thursday said its effort to raise up to GBP250,000 through the Crowd for Angels (UK) Ltd online funding platform has been terminated after failing to meet the minimum GBP50,000 threshold.
The West-African focused exploration company had been hoping to raise the money by issuing 8% transferable convertible loan notes through the crowdfunding platform.
However, the company said it is is talks with a potential alternative funding provider, as it "continues to have a short term working capital requirement".
Shares in Golden Saint were down 9.1% at 0.0250 pence on Thursday morning.
