LONDON (Alliance News) - Globalworth Real Estate Investments Ltd Friday said it has appointed a contractor to construct the Bucharest One office tower.
The real estate investment company, which focuses on Romania, said it has appointed BOG'ART - which it calls one of the largest and most reputable contractors and construction companies in Romania - to construct the tower.
The acquisition of the Bucharest One site was completed in December 2013, with development expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2015.
The move marks an end to a busy week for Globalworth, which Wednesday appointed Andreas Papadopoulos as its new chief financial officer.
Papadopoulos is set to join the company in March, meaning Chief Executive and Chief Investment Officer Dimitris Raptis will no longer serve as interim CFO.
Globalworth Real Estate Investments shares were Friday quoted at 5.30 pence, down 0.07 pence, or 1.40%.
