LONDON (Alliance News) - Globalworth Real Estate Investments Ltd Friday said it has acquired 30,000 square meters of land in Bucharest, close to its flagship mixed-use development Boc Tower for EUR14.3 million
The real estate company did not name the seller.
Globalworth Real Estate Investments said the plots of land occupy an excellent location on top of the Pipera metro station at the corner of Dimitrie Pompeiu Boulevard and George Constantinescu Street.
The Dimitrie Pompeiu corridor has in recent years become the largest business hub in Romania mainly hosting back office operations of multinationals and financial institutions.
