LONDON (Alliance News) - Globalworth Real Estate Investments Ltd Wednesday said it has appointed Andreas Papadopoulos as its new finance boss.
The Romania-focused real estate investor said Papadopoulos will join the company in March as chief financial officer.
"Andreas is not only a seasoned auditing and corporate finance professional, having spent most of his career with Ernst & Young, but also brings considerable experience both of the Romanian real estate market and of dealing with lenders," Dimitris Raptis, chief executive and chief investment officer, said in a statement.
Papadopoulos worked at Ernst & Young between 1999 and 2012. Before that, he was chief financial officer of Leptos Group, a Cypriot real estate and hotels group operating in Cyprus and Greece.
The new CFO's appointment means Raptis will end his time as interim chief financial officer.
Globalworth shares were Wednesday quoted at EUR5.30, down 0.07 cents, or 1.4%.
