LONDON (Alliance News) - Globaltrans Investment PLC Monday said it has completed the internal reorganisation of Envesta Investments Ltd, a company that has an 8.8% shareholding in Globaltrans.
The freight rail transportation services group said that as a result of the reorganisation, the two beneficial owners of Envesta Investments, Globaltrans Chief Executive Officer Sergey Maltsev and Non-Executive Director Alexander Eliseev, now beneficially own their stakes in Globaltrans directly through separate entities they each control.
Maltsev now beneficially owns a 4.5% stake in Globaltrans through Goldriver Resources Ltd, and Eliseev owns a 6.3% stake in Globaltrans through Litten Investments Ltd.
