(Alliance News) - GlobalData PLC said Thursday it has appointed Sally Johnson as chief financial officer with effect in the first quarter of 2020.
She will succeeding Graham Lilley, who is stepping down after two years in the role at the data and analytics firm since 2017.
Johnson will be joining from FTSE 100 education group Pearson PLC, where is has been deputy chief financial officer for four years since 2015.
"We are looking forward to welcoming Sally to GlobalData. Her broad financial and leadership experience will be extremely valuable to us as we continue to grow GlobalData and take it into the next stage of development," said Chief Executive Mike Danson.
Shares in Globaldata were untraded on Monday, last quoted at 820.00 pence in London.
