(Alliance News) - Satellite communications equipment provider Global Invacom Group PLC on Monday said it will dissolve its Radiance Cayman Ltd subsidiary at the end of the year.
The dissolution, which Global Invacom explained would occur on Tuesday, won't impact its tangible net assets or earnings per share for 2019.
The company added that none of its directors or controlling shareholders have an interest in the soon-to-be-dissolved firm.
The move follows the company also dissolving its Global Invacom Japan Kabushiki Kaisha unit in Japan in October and the closure of Radiance Electronics Shenzhen Co Ltd in China, completed in September.
Global Invacom shares were untraded at 8.25 pence each in London on Monday morning.
