LONDON (Alliance News) - Global Invacom Group Ltd on Thursday said it is talks regarding a potential acquisition, which would constitute a reverse takeover for the purposes of the AIM stock market rules.
The company's shares have been temporarily suspended on both London and Singapore Stock Exchanges due to the acquisition talks.
The provider of satellite communications equipment said its shares will remain suspended until it will either confirm the acquisition or say that it is no longer in contemplation.
Global Invacom said there can be no guarantee that the acquisition will complete or on what terms.
