LONDON (Alliance News) - Irish homebuilder Glenveagh Properties PLC said Tuesday it acquired land with the potential to deliver 1,250 units in Dublin.
The company bought a 113 hectare site where it expects to start delivering the units from 2019.
The purchase price is "sensitive" but in excess of EUR65 million, the company said.
Across its portfolio Glenveagh has about 700 units under construction in 12 sites, with another 800 expected by the end of 2018.
Glenveagh shares were trading up 3.1% at EUR1.13 each.
