LONDON (Alliance News) - GlaxoSmithKline has completed its divestment in its Lucozade and Ribena brands to Suntory Beverage & Food in a GBP1.35 billion deal.
Announced on New Year's Day, Glaxo said the sell off of the nutritional drinks brands to the subsidiary of Suntory Group, is now complete, after announcing the deal in September last year.
Suntory is a Japanese brewing and distilling company.
Shares in GlaxoSmithKline last traded at 1,611.5 pence per share.
