GIC Private Cuts Tesco Holding To Under The 3% Threshold (ALLISS)

LONDON (Alliance News) - Tesco PLC said Monday GIC Private Ltd has reduced its stake in the company to below the 3% threshold.

Prior to the transaction on Friday last week, GIC had held a 3.1% interest in the supermarket chain.

Tesco shares were down 1.2% on Monday at 207.35 pence each.
