(Alliance News) - Document management software provider GetBusy PLC on Wednesday said it has hired accountant Paul Huberman as an independent non-executive director, effective from March 3.
Huberman is currently a non-executive director at property investor Town Centre Securities PLC and at property development company Galliard Homes Ltd. He has over 30 years of experience advising companies in the real estate and finance sectors, Get Busy said.
On his appointment, he will become a member of the remuneration committee. He will also become audit committee chair with effect from the company's next annual general meeting.
Separately, GetBusy said Non-Executive Director Gregory Wilkinson will step down from his role, effective from the company's 2020 annual general meeting.

The company will publish its full audited results for 2019 on March 3.
The stock was trading 1.1% lower at 62.50 pence each at midday Wednesday in London.
