(Alliance News) - Georgia Healthcare Group PLC said Tuesday its pharmacy and distribution subsidiary JSC GEPHA has signed an agreement with commercial real estate firm m2 to lease a warehouse for its pharmacy and distribution business.
m2 is a wholly owned subsidiary of Georgia Capital PLC, who owns a 71% shareholding in Georgia Healthcare Group.
Under the terms of agreement, GEPHA will enter into a 20-year lease agreement with m2, subject to m2 constructing a warehouse in full compliance with regulatory requirements.
Monthly lease of the warehouse is USD70,000, including value added tax, the company said.
Georgia Healthcare shares closed 1.2% higher in London at 128.00 pence each on Tuesday.
