LONDON (Alliance News) - Genus PLC on Monday said Senior Independent Non-Executive Director Nigel Turner, who intends to step down after the annual general meeting.
The animal genetics company said Turner has been a non-executive director since January 2008.
In addition, Genus said Lesley Knox will replace Nigel as the chair of the company's remuneration committee.
"Nigel wishes to spend more time with his wife, children and grandchildren and we wish him the very best in his retirement," said Chairman Bob Lawson.
Genus shares were trading 0.5% lower on Monday at 2,430.00 pence each.
