LONDON (Alliance News) - Animal genetics company Genus PLC said Friday it has appointed Unilever PLC Financial Controller Lysanne Gray to the board as a non-executive director, from April 1.
Gray has previously held a number of senior management positions at FTSE 100 personal care and household products company Unilever, having been its chief auditor and before that the chief financial officer of its global food business. Genus said she "has had significant acquisition and disposal experience".
Shares in FTSE 250-listed Genus were up 1.9% at 1,487.00 pence on Friday morning.
