(Alliance News) - Genuit Group PLC on Wednesday said Chief Operating Officer Martin Pullen will leave his role and the board on April 28, with the company not intending to appoint a successor.
The Leeds, England-based plastic pipes manufacturer, formerly known as Polypipe, said Pullen will stay as advisor until the end of June. Meanwhile, Genuit appointed strategy & marketing director Martin Gisbourne as chief strategy & sustainability officer.
Genuit shares fell 3.0% to 261.50 pence each in London on Wednesday morning.
