GCP Student Living Net Asset Value Rises Over Second Quarter

LONDON (Alliance News) - Student accommodation investor GCP Student Living PLC on Tuesday said its EPRA net asset value rose over the three months ended December 31 and declared a second interim dividend of 1.43 pence per share.

GCP Student said on December 31, its EPRA net asset value, excluding income, was 136.74p per share, up from 135.98p per share at the end of its first quarter ended September 30.

GCP Student said the valuation of its portfolio grew to GBP465.7 million from GBP449.9 million over the same period.

The group's 1.43p per share second interim dividend is in line with the first interim dividend.

Shares in GCP Student were up 1.1% at 145.00p on Tuesday afternoon.
