LONDON (Alliance News) - GCP Student Living PLC on Tuesday said it is eyeing funding options after identifying a student accommodation acquisition.
GCP said its investment manager is currently conducting advanced due diligence on the modern student accommodation property. No further details on the project were provided, but GCP said it is located in a city centre location close to a UK university.
GCP said it is considering options for funding the deal and other investment opportunities and may launch a share placing to raise the funds.
No further details on the amount it intends to raise were provided.
GCP shares were down 0.1% to 137.55 pence early Tuesday.
