GCP Infrastructure Announces New GBP150 Million Credit Facility

LONDON (Alliance News) - GCP Infrastructure Investments Ltd, an investment fund focused on infrastructure debt, announced on Tuesday a new revolving credit arrangement for GBP150 million.

The new arrangement replaces the Gravis-advised investor's previous revolving credit facility which had expired.

The deal with RBS International and ING comprises GBP125 million expiring March 2021, and GBP25 million expiring in March 2019.

GCP Infra shares closed up 0.8% Tuesday at 115.92 pence.
