(Alliance News) - GCP Asset Backed Income Fund Ltd on Friday announced that it has exercised the 12-month extension option on its GBP50 million revolving credit facility with Royal Bank of Scotland International Ltd.
As a result, the facility will now expire in August 2021, the investment company said.
The company's investment manager, Gravis Capital Management Ltd, considers having continued access to the revolving credit facility an essential tool to allow the company to access attractive investment opportunities.
GCP Asset shares were down 3.4% at 86.30 pence on Friday morning in London.
