(Alliance News) - AIM-listed GB Group PLC on Tuesday said it appointed Natalie Gammon as an additional independent non-executive director, with immediate effect.
The company, which helps verify identity and validate documents, said Gammon has over 20 years of technology, commercial and operational experience in both private equity and blue-chip companies. She was previously chief information officer for FNZ UK Ltd and more recently chief cloud officer for Finastra Ltd, both financial technology firms.
Currently, Gammon serves as an independent non-executive director of Masthaven Bank Ltd.
"We are delighted to be welcoming Natalie to GB Group. Her excellent technical skills and knowledge acquired during her career will be a valuable addition to the existing competencies of the board and we very much look forward to her insight and input as the company continues to grow and develop," said Chair David Rasche.
GB Group shares were trading 0.8% lower in London on Tuesday afternoon at 660.00 pence each.
