LONDON (Alliance News) - GB Group PLC on Tuesday said its first half revenue is expected to be substantially higher, backed by strong organic growth.
GB, the identity data company, said its revenue for the six months to the end of September is expected to be around GBP32.3 million, up from GBP23.2 million a year earlier and backed by organic growth in the half of 18%.
It expects its adjusted operating profit, which strips out exceptional items and finance costs, to be around GBP4.5 million, up from GBP3.7 million, as it reaped the benefits from investments made in the business over the half.
"The team at GBG has achieved another excellent performance in the period, both in terms of our high growth and continuing to lay the strategic groundwork to support our expansion in the UK and globally," said Chief Executive Richard Law.
