LONDON (Alliance News) - Shares in gas and electricity supplier Yu Group PLC were trading higher on their AIM debut Thursday.
Yu raised GBP10.0 million from its initial public offering in London, issuing GBP5.4 million shares at 185.00 pence per share. The gross proceeds to the company were GBP7.5 million.
Yu had a market capitalisation at the IPO price of GBP26.0. Shore Capital acted as its nominated adviser and broker.
On Thursday mid-morning, shares in the company were up 5.6% to 195.38p.
Yu supplies gas and electricity to small and medium-sized business customers in the UK.
