(Alliance News) - GAN PLC on Monday said it appointed B Riley FBR Inc as banking adviser to lead its planned reorganisation and listing on a recognised investment exchange in the US.
The gambling software supplier said the move is aimed to improve liquidity and maximise shareholder value.
However, the company noted that there can be no assurance that the US listing process will result in any particular outcome.
"We are excited to appoint one of the leading financial advisory firms in the US to support GAN through the next few months, with the shared objective of obtaining a US listing as soon as reasonably practical," said Chief Executive Dermot Smurfit.
GAN shares were trading 1.2% higher in London on Monday midday at 149.75 pence each.
