(Alliance News) - Gaming Realms PLC on Friday said Simon Collins is stepping down from his role as a non-executive director.
The mobile software company said Collins was a founder of Gaming Realms and was "instrumental" in the development of its real money gaming business, which was recently sold to River iGaming PLC.
"I would like to recognise Simon's significant contributions to Gaming Realms and thank him for his commitment to the group," said Non-Executive Chair Michael Buckley.
"He has provided valuable insight and expertise in his roles as both an executive and non-executive director. We all wish him every success for the future," added Buckley.
Gaming Realms shares were trading 3.1% lower in London on Friday at 6.35 pence each.
