LONDON (Alliance News) - Mobile and social games publisher Gaming Realms PLC on Wednesday said it has started its first venture into the US real money online gaming market through a deal with Pala Interactive LLC.
Gaming Realms has been granted a transactional waiver by the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement to provide its bingo game to PalaBingoUSA.com. Pala is a subsidiary of the Pala Band of Mission Indians, a leading California casino operator.
Gaming Realms did not provide any financial details on the agreement.
The deal is deemed a related transaction under AIM rules as Pala Interactive Chief Executive Jim Ryan is a non-executive director at Gaming Realms.
"This step into the US real money online gaming market is a significant milestone for Gaming Realms. Pala Interactive's decision to partner with us is a testament to our ability to develop high value and creative gaming content," said Patrick Southon, Gaming Realms' chief executive.
Gaming Realms shares were down 1.3% to 19.25 pence.
