LONDON (Alliance News) - Gaming Realms PLC on Thursday said it appointed Chris Ash as a non-executive director with immediate effect.
In a career of over 18 years in the industry, Ash built and sold Ash Gaming Ltd to gambling software firm Playtech PLC for GBP23 million. Whilst at Playtech, Ash ran the content aggregation business with 25 partner studios and assisted with mergers & acquisitions.
"We are delighted that Chris has agreed to join the company," said Non-Executive Chair Michael Buckley.
"His significant experience in content development and global licensing closely aligns with our strategy to scale our licensing business," added Buckley.
The mobile gaming software developer's shares were untraded on Thursday at 5.60 pence each.
