LONDON (Alliance News) - Games Workshop Group PLC on Tuesday said Chief Operating Officer Kevin Rountree has been appointed as its new chief executive officer.
Roundtree will take up the position on January 1. Tom Kirby, currently chairman and acting chief executive officer, will move to the role of non-executive chairman.
"The board undertook a thorough process in selecting our new CEO, receiving a significant number of applications for the position, both internal and external. Kevin was the outstanding candidate," Kirby said.
Shares in Games Workshop were down 0.3% to 547.00 pence on Tuesday.
