GameAccount To Exit Partnership With Foxwoods Over Next Six Months

1st Oct 2015 14:52

LONDON (Alliance News) - GameAccount Network PLC Thursday noted a statement from its partner, Foxwoods Resort Casinos, concerning the agreement between the pair to end their relationship over the next six months.

The developer and supplier of enterprise-level business to business gaming software said the pair have mutually agreed to a managed exit from their relationship over a period of no less than six months, as the companies begin to move in different directions in the US market.

"The parties have had a productive and mutually beneficial relationship highlighted by the power of the Foxwoods brand, the performance of GameAccount Network's technology platform, and the strength of Mashantucket Pequot Gaming Enterprise's information technology and marketing operations," the Foxwoods statement said.

Mashantucket Pequot Gaming Enterprise is a subsidiary of Foxwoods, which was being used for the partnership.

GameAccount Network partnered with Foxwoods in Connecticut back in 2014. In 2015, the company delivered its first casual mobile game to Foxwood's casino, called 'Foxwoods Solitaire', which was available on Android and Apple iOS in over 150 countries worldwide.

GameAccount shares were up 3.6% to 46.60 pence per share on Thursday afternoon.
