LONDON (Alliance News) - GameAccount Network PLC late Friday said it has signed an agreement with Rock Gaming LLC to expand its Simulated Gaming offering, which aims to go live before the end of the first half of 2016.
GameAccount has signed the deal with one of Rock Gaming's wholly-owned subsidiaries.
Simulated Gaming is GameAccount's internet gaming service designed specifically for land-based US casinos, offering a gaming-as-entertainment consumer website and mobile apps that include over 200 casino slot and table games, including poker, backgammon, gin rummy, poker dice and blackjack tournaments.
Simulated Gaming will launch three of Rock Gaming's Ohio properties - Horseshoe Casino Cleveland, Horseshoe Casino Cincinnatti and ThistleDown Racino - representing a combined 5,000 slot or video lottery terminals, generating in excess of USD500.0 million annually, said GameAccount.
"Our Simulated Gaming partnership with Rock Gaming is another major step in expanding our Simulated Gaming offering in the United States where we have pursued a regional strategy now deployed coast-to-coast. Rock Gaming?s Ohio properties provide GameAccount with access to a significant part of the Midwestern US region which we will be privileged to launch online before the summer," said Chief Executive Dermot Smurfit.
The offering will be operated from an instance of the GameStack internet gaming systems deployed in Las Vegas and is expected to go live during the first half of this year across web and mobile programmes.
GameAccount's US-patented iBridge Framework will link the GameStack internet gaming system to Rock Gaming's land-based casino management system in Ohio and will also integrate Rock Gaming's loyalty programme.
GameAccount shares were untraded on Friday, last trading at 30.0 pence per share.
