LONDON (Alliance News) - Video games and console retailer Game Digital PLC on Thursday said it is planning to move to London's AIM market from the Main Market.
Game said the move is more appropriate for the company, enabling it to "deliver value more effectively".
The company will hold its annual general meeting on January 17, at which shareholders can vote on the move, which requires 75% approval to pass.
Last month, Game posted a narrowed annual loss despite a dip in revenue, as it managed to reduce operating expenses.
Shares were 5.3% lower on Thursday at 25.00 pence each.
