LONDON (Alliance News) - Galliford Try PLC on Tuesday said its Morrison Construction arm has reached financial close on the GBP31.2 million Hub South West Scotland Ltd contract.
Morrison will handle the construction of the new Greenfaulds High School on behalf of North Lanarkshire Council, part of its Schools and Centres 21 scheme.
Galliford will invest GBP0.7 million in funding for the project.
"The successful financial close of Greenfaulds High School follows closely behind the announcement by North Lanarkshire Council to award Morrison Construction a place on their GBP100 million framework," said Galliford Executive Chairman Greg Fitzgerald.
