LONDON (Alliance News) - Galliford Try PLC on Tuesday said it has been appointed to the Collaborative Delivery Framework programme by the Highways Agency.
The company has secured a place on Lot 3a under the scheme, which involves construction work on individual schemes with values ranging from GBP25 million to GBP100 million, the FTSE 250-listed housebuilding and construction company said.
"We are delighted to have secured this opportunity to further strengthen our presence in the highways sector and look forward to working with the Highways Agency in the spirit of long-term collaboration that this new framework engenders," said Greg Fitzgerald, chief executive of Galliford Try.
Carillion PLC, Costain Group PLC and Morgan Sindall Group PLC also all were appointed to the Highways Agency programme, as announced on Monday.
