LONDON (Alliance News) - Galliford Try PLC on Thursday said it has reached financial close on the GBP40 million contract for a new headquarters for Northamptonshire County Council.
Galliford will handle the construction of the council's new 17,600 square metre, four-storey building and will handle the regeneration work on an area on the south side of Northampton town centre.
"We are delighted to have been appointed to such a significant project for Northamptonshire County Council. Our presence within the East Midlands region continues to grow and we look forward to delivering high quality facilities for the council's staff and the local people accessing their services," said Galliford Executive Chairman Greg Fitzgerald.
