LONDON (Alliance News) - Housebuilder and construction company Galliford Try PLC Tuesday said it has now reached financial close with Kent County Council on the GBP100 million homes scheme it was made preferred bidder on in December.
Under the deal, Galliford will build seven supported housing schemes across Kent, involving about 240 homes in total. It will invest in the funding for the project and also provide facilities management services.
Galliford Try shares were down 0.3% at 1,067 pence early Tuesday.
