LONDON (Alliance News) - Ticketing systems software company Galasys PLC on Thursday said it has secured new contracts in the Philippines and Malaysia worth a total of GBP256,000.
In the Philippines, Galasys has won a deal with theme park Enchanted Kingdom for its mobile ticketing and park map and navigation apps. The deal follows on from one signed last year for Galasys to deploy its ticketing management system in the park.
The new deal also includes Galasys's point-of-sale, ticking solutions and access management equipment offerings.
In Malaysia, Galasys' I Logic Solutions Sdn Bhd subsidiary has won a deal with Farm in the City, a conservation park, for both front-end and back-end ticketing systems.
"We are delighted that our mobile modules and apps will soon be deployed in a premier theme park in Asia. This is further endorsement and testament of the vision of our R&D team in developing products that seek to enhance operational efficiency of park operators and also the overall park experience for the visitors," said Galasys Chief Executive Sean Seah.
Shares in Galasys were up 2.3% to 17.9 pence on Thursday morning.
