LONDON (Alliance News) - Amusement park ticketing systems provider Galasys PLC said Monday it has won a new contract with Yinji Water Park in Zhengzhou, China, worth GBP503,000.
Galasys will provide its front-end and back-end system for the park, and three years of after-sale services, it said. It will receive 70% of the total payment on contract signing and the delivery of facilities.
The water park has been under construction since August 2014, and is expected to begin operations by the end of this month.
"We are delighted to announce securing our latest attraction site, Yinji Water Park. This is another exciting addition to our existing portfolio of water parks, further strengthening our market share in China," said Chief Executive Officer Sean Seah in a statement.
Shares in Galasys are trading down 3.8% at 28.80 pence Monday morning.
