(Alliance News) - Gabelli Merger Plus Trust PLC on Thursday declared a second interim dividend in respect of the financial year ending June 30 of 12 US cents per share.
The dividend is payable on January 30 to holders of shares on the register at the close of business Friday next week. The last trading day with interim dividend rights is Thursday next week.
Shares in the investment trust were untraded at USD8.75 per share in London on Thursday afternoon.
