(Alliance News) - Gabelli Merger Plus Trust PLC on Thursday declared a first interim dividend in respect of the year ending June 30, 2020, of 12 US cents per share.
The dividend is payable on October 25 to holders of shares on the register at the close of business on October 11. The ex-dividend date is set at October 10.
Shares in the investment trust were untraded at USD8.85 per share in London on Thursday afternoon.
