LONDON (Alliance News) - FTSE 250-listed security company G4S PLC on Monday appointed Elisabeth Fleuriot as non-executive director with immediate effect.
Fleuriot is a non-executive director at Finnish packaging firm Stora Enso Oyj since 2011, with her last executive role being chief executive of Thai Union Europe & Africa for four years between 2013 and 2017.
"It gives me great pleasure to welcome Elisabeth Fleuriot to the board. Her wide international management experience in developed and emerging markets, as well as her deep understanding of CSR matters and keen interest in sustainable development will be extremely valuable to our board, as we continue to broaden our capabilities," said Chairman John Connolly.
Shares in G4S were down 2.5% at 268.90 pence on Monday.
