LONDON (Alliance News) - Publishing and media group Future PLC said Monday Deputy Chairman James Hanbury has stood down and Ebay UK executive Rob Hattrell has joined as non-executive director.
Hanbury stood down on Sunday after having been appointed in October 2016 with the acquisition of Imagine Publishing.
Hattrell will join Future with immediate effect. He is currently Vice President of Ebay UK having previously worked at Tesco PLC and as a partner of Accenture.
"I am delighted to welcome Rob Hattrell to the board," Chairman Richard Huntingford said. "He brings with him a wealth of relevant e-commerce and commercial experience and will add another dimension to the board. I would also like to thanks James for his contribution over what has been a transformational period for Future."
Shares in Future were 1.3% higher at 488.20 pence on Monday.
