LONDON (Alliance News) - Healthcare company Futura Medical PLC on Monday said it has signed a licensing agreement with Milsing DOO for the marketing and distribution of its CSD500 condom in seven southeast European countries.
Milsing is a Croatia-based over-the-counter drug and food supplement distribution firm. The deal will cover the rights for Milsing to distribution the CSD500 condom in the southeast Europe market for five years under undisclosed financial terms.
"We are delighted to sign this exclusive agreement with Milsing for the marketing of CSD500 in Southeast Europe. It marks further progress to our strategy to license CSD500 with leading regional distributors in order to build a global distribution network. Milsing is a dynamic company and is well placed to maximise the potential of CSD500," said Futura Chief Executive James Barder.
Futura share were untraded early Monday at 19.30 pence.
