LONDON (Alliance News) - Funding Circle Holdings PLC said Thursday that it appointed Geeta Gopalan as independent non-executive director with immediate effect.
Gopalan is currently a non-executive director of CYBG PLC, Ultra Electronic Holdings PLC, and Wizink Bank SA.
She has had over 25 years of experience in financial services and retail banking with particular focus on payments and digital innovation, the peer-to-peer lender explained.
Funding Circle shares were trading down 2.0% at 366.0 pence each on Thursday. The company listed on the London Stock Exchange at the end of September.
