LONDON (Alliance News) - Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC said Wednesday that James Douglas is stepping down from his role as finance director, effective at the end of December.
The search for a replacement for Douglas, who joined the west London-based brewer and pub chain owner in 2007, is underway, Fuller's said.
Chairman Michael Turner expressed its appreciation to Douglas for "his contribution to Fuller's success during the last 11 years".
Fuller's shares were trading flat at 946.00 pence on Wednesday.
