(Alliance News) - Fulcrum Utility Services Ltd said over half of voting shareholders have voted against the remuneration report at Wednesday's annual general meeting in Sheffield.
Of those who voted, 57% rejected the remuneration report. Fulcrum did not provide turnout, and also said all other resolutions were passed.
"The board notes the vote against resolution two, to approve the remuneration report. We will now analyse the voting outcome and will continue to ask major shareholders to engage with us in order that we can understand better the reasons for this outcome and the concerns of shareholders before we review the remuneration policy," said the company.
Shares were 1.0% lower on Wednesday afternoon at a price of 22.03 pence each.
