(Alliance News) - HSBC Holdings PLC on Thursday said it has priced an issue of USD2.50 billion 4.950% senior unsecured notes due 2030.
The new notes were priced under the banking and financial services company's US shelf registration statement, with the issuance to complete on Tuesday next week.
HSBC said it will apply to list the new notes on the New York Stock Exchange.
Shares in HSBC were down 4.4% at 486.90 pence in London on Thursday morning.
